Help create the future of Human Resources.
Get involved in our supported activity, “Back To B.A.S.E” designing Third Sector internship opportunities. Take part in debates, role-plays, simulations, using digital tools, awareness raising campaigns, trainings, consultations, information share and/or cultural events etc.
During your participation in a projects activities, your range of engagements will include the following skills and experiences:
Workshops and/or meetings, seminars or other processes offering space for information, debate and your active participation on issues relevant to daily life.
Identifying topics/issues of specific relevance to you and identifying your needs related to participation in addressing such topics/issues..
Campaigns revolving around your participation in democratic life, including information and/or cultural events linked to specific societal challenges relevant to young people today.
Who are these webinars for?
Young people, parents, carers or professionals who are interested in opportunities for learning to participate in civil society, as well as creating participatory mechanisms and structures.
Experiential outcomes

- Understand then overcome some existing social barriers.
- Think critically and express your opinions to improve decision processes.
- Work thematically on inclusion and diversity in society.
- Reinforce citizenship skills and intercultural competencies.
- Improve the practice of human dignity and unity.
Project content
The ‘Back To B.A.S.E’ project inspire and prepare you for a vocation in social entrepreneurship.
There is a clear focus on Action Research and the mentors will cover a wide range of topics to help you contribute and develop your Human Capital skills. You will also explore sociocracy culture and expectations for its integration in UK Youth Work and Education.
The webinar content will change depending on the needs of the group, but you can expect to:
- Discuss and debate a wide range of topics to improve your critical thinking
- Contribute to round-tables to explore strategies for Action Learning
- Read a wide range of Third Sector texts such as articles, essays and reports
- Expand and explore your practice of Social Entrepreneurship
- Be given tailored support and feedback on your Action Research.
