Broaden your perspectives of Youth Work.
In 2027, Tribe All Democratic College aim to send its young people and youth workers abroad to learn and develop both personal and professional skills. ‘Through The L.I.N.E’ is our leadership project, giving vital experiences to all of our members to better help the communities we serve.
The project will also enable our members to foster new organisational practices and raise the quality of youth work in general.
During your participation in project activities, your mission will be to:
Improving the educational and professional development of our mentors and their youth work.
Building a community of youth workers that can support the quality of projects and activities for young people in the UK and around the world.
Develop local youth work practices and contribute to capacity building for quality youth work of our members and college, having a clear impact on youth workers regular work with young people
Who are these webinars for?
All members of Tribe All, both staff and young people who are interested in opportunities for Continued Professional Development in the field of youth & community work within the Third Sector.
Experiential outcomes
Join this project to:
- Learn the skills and uses of Human Centred Design.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of Systems Development.
- Improve the applications of Outreach Support.
Project content
The ‘Through The L.I.N.E’ project motivates and supports you for a vocation in Youth & Community Work.
There is a clear focus on Action Research and the youth workers will cover a wide range of topics to help us develop regional, national and international strategies and policies.
Webinars series content will change depending on the needs of the group, but you can expect to:
- Contribute to the design of a future Youth Work training course and accreditation
- Discuss and vote on Civic Participation strategies.
- Expand and explore your practice of Human Centred Design
- Be given extensive support through our European based networks.
